The couple has been living together for the past three years and was undergoing hormone therapy. Although Jahad was about to become a man, he stopped the process in his desire to have a child.
Jahad was about to undergo mastectomy surgery, but she decided to postpone it due to her pregnancy. Pavle thanked her family and doctors for supporting her through various stages of her pregnancy.
Both left the house after finding out that they were transgender.

Jia told that both of them have decided to bring this child into the world after a lot of thought. He told that Jahad had already got both her breasts removed and was going ahead with hormone treatment. Jahad is going to give birth to the child next month and his delivery will be at the Government Medical College Hospital in Kozhikode. He told that the doctors here helped a lot during Jihad’s pregnancy. Since Jahad has had her breasts removed, he hopes to feed the baby from the milk bank of the medical college.
